Tasting notes
The colour is pink with faint intensity, tending towards cherry red, and crystalline. The aromas are intense, very fine and of good complexity, with clear balsamic and varietal references. The palate is intense, well-structured, and savoury, with a fresh and enveloping finish. It combines excellently with fish-based dishes.
